We require all dogs to have an overnight trial prior to making a booking to ensure that they will settle in our care. The cost for this is the same as our daily boarding costs. All dogs must also be fully vaccinated and a copy of this will need to be taken for our records in line with Licensing Regulations.

From the 1st April 2021 a 25% non-refundable Booking Fee will be charged to secure any booking for Home boarding or Cattery stays. The remaining balance will be required to be settled upon collection of your pet. Where possible we require 28 days notices to be given in the event of a cancellation, especially during peak periods. If we are notified outside of this period then, 50% of the remaining balance may still be payable at the discretion of Furry Friends Pet Care Services. By paying the B
